Justin  daley,
baritone.

Justin Daley is a Chicago-born and New York-educated, actor, singer, and voice teacher. Justin is equally at home on the stage, or in the classroom. He is a former adjunct faculty member at New York University, where he taught voice to a diverse array of students, from pop to opera. He holds a master's degree in Classical Vocal Performance and an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from NYU Steinhardt, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Millikin University. There, his education ranged from directing theatre programs, performing in main stage operas, and singing with the famous Millikin University Choir. He has performed numerous roles with Lakeland Opera, Portland Opera, Victor Herbert Renaissance Project, Chicago Drama Group, The Hawaii Performing Arts Festival, and Chicago Summer Opera.  Justin has taught voice at New York University and privately for many years. He hopes to bring authenticity to everything he does, whether that be teaching or his own acting.

The mission of the Daley Singing Studio is to empower the voice of every singer who walks into his studio, whether they be a classical, musical theatre, or pop performer.  With more control over their vocal production, and the ability to employ that control in a healthy, easily replicable way, all Daley Singers will gain command over their musical presence.

"Justin Daley was the perfect Pirate King. He fit the character perfectly and sang with such emotion and power."
The Decaturian, 'The Pirates of Penzance' Review

"Justin Daley, my vocal coach at New York University, significantly impacted my singing journey. He managed to merge his extensive repertoire with my own, allowing me to transition from singing arias one week to theater tunes or pop ballads the next. His dedication to his students is admirable, and with his support, I found comfort in singing again after a personal loss in my family. Professor Daley saw potential in me that I couldn’t see in myself, and motivated me to start singing more seriously again. I worked with him for two terms, and I owe him a lot for reigniting my passion. I am very grateful to have had him as a teacher and mentor.
P.S: His ‘Manual for Vocal Coordination and Wellness’ is a keeper."
